Paul Blanchard is a Managing Director at City Bay Capital.  He has over 12 year of experience originating commercial real estate bridge loans and has worked on almost all asset types. Previously, he was a Vice President at Eastern Mortgage Capital and a Loan Originator at UC Funds.  Mr. Blanchard holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
