Paul Blanchard is a Managing Director at City Bay Capital and is responsible for originating, screening and underwriting loans for the company.  He has over 12 year of experience originating and underwriting commercial real estate bridge loans and has worked on almost all asset types. Previously, he was a Vice President at Eastern Mortgage Capital and a Loan Originator at UC Funds.  Mr. Blanchard holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
