City Bay Capital’s Internship Program offers academic credit and paid internships for undergraduate and graduate students interested in careers in finance, commercial real estate or related fields.

Learning Opportunities:

• Analyzing upfront financial information on new transactions

• Reviewing and analyzing due diligence information

• Underwrite transactions

• Assist with business development and sourcing of new deals

• Create market reports for markets across the country

• Assist in creating investment memorandums

Career Path:

• The internship program can lead to full-time employment at City Bay Capital upon graduation or assistance in obtaining a full-time position within the commercial real estate industry.
